Booths Karaoke, with its intimate, private booths, is the perfect place to go and sing your favourite tunes! There are 11 booths in total, consisting of 8 smaller booths that cater for groups of up to 4, 2 medium-sized rooms for groups of up to 6, and a larger room for groups of up to 8.
There is no hefty minimum spend requirement or pay per head at Booths Karaoke – just simply one affordable, hourly rate per booth. With over 300,000 songs in the database, spanning more than 6 languages, including English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia, and Vietnamese, you’re sure to find one to sing at Booths Karaoke.
The venue is fully licensed until 1am daily, so whether you are planning on visiting alone or with a few friends, you’re sure to have a good time!
You’ll find us in the heart of Melbourne CBD on Little Lonsdale Street, a five-minute walk from Melbourne Central Station – the easy choice for a private karaoke night, KTV session or birthday party in the city.

How much does karaoke cost at Booths?
Rooms start from $24.80 per booth per hour (small booth, Mon–Thu before 7pm). You pay per room, not per person, and there’s no minimum spend.
Can under-18s come to Booths Karaoke?
Yes. Under-18s are welcome with a parent or legal guardian. Friends or siblings generally aren’t considered guardians.
What languages are the karaoke songs in?
Over 300,000 songs in English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia and Vietnamese – so it works as a KTV for Mandarin, Cantonese and K-pop fans too.
How many people fit in a booth?
Small booths take up to 4 people, medium rooms up to 6 and our large room up to 8. The large room books out quickly, so book ahead.
Where is Booths Karaoke?
197-203 Little Lonsdale Street, Melbourne – along Little Lonsdale near the Russell Street intersection, right next to the QV carpark entrance (we’re not inside QV Square).
Can we bring a birthday cake?
Yes, birthday cakes are welcome. Other outside food and drinks aren’t permitted – our licensed bar delivers drinks and hot snacks to your booth until 1am.
WHERE TO FIND US
You will find our entrance along Little Lonsdale Street, towards the Russell Street intersection. Look for the accessway to the QV carpark, as we are right next to it. We are not located inside QV square.
